Job Overview

As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining security systems across IAA’s corporate offices and 160 field locations. You will troubleshoot security camera issues, manage access control requests, and coordinate security system repairs to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Security Camera & Surveillance Management:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve camera outages at corporate and field locations.

• Work with Network Operations teams to address connectivity issues.

• Remotely troubleshoot software, firmware, hardware, and electrical issues.

• Coordinate repairs with third-party service providers.

✔ Access Control & Security Systems:

• Issue, renew, and deactivate key cards for corporate offices.

• Maintain and manage access control systems across company sites.

• Pre-program and ship security equipment to field locations.

✔ Incident Response & Support:

• Retrieve & export video footage for investigations related to break-ins, theft, or employee issues.

• Verify and test security equipment returned from the field.

• Work closely with the Security Manager and assist in handling complex security issues.

✔ Other Duties:

• Coordinate with monitoring companies to ensure proper system configurations.

• Assist in training field personnel on security system operations.

• Perform additional security-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

🔹 Minimum Requirements:
✔ 2+ years of experience in security systems management, surveillance monitoring, or IT-related fields.
✔ Ability to troubleshoot security cameras, access control systems, and networking issues.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate with remote teams.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Experience with security software, access control systems, and monitoring tools.
✔ Knowledge of network security principles and surveillance technology.
✔ Excellent communication skills to work with IT, security teams, and field personnel.
