Job Overview

As a Security Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of Sunstates’ 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC), responsible for monitoring security systems, detecting threats, and managing access control across multiple locations. You will work closely with security teams to analyze incidents, conduct surveillance, and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Surveillance & Threat Monitoring:

Monitor security cameras, access control systems, alarms, and visitor management tools.
Identify security threats, breaches, and anomalies using real-time data analysis.
Utilize threat intelligence tools & social media monitoring to assess potential risks.

✔ Incident Management & Response:

Analyze security events & breaches, ensuring proper escalation when necessary.
Investigate unusual access attempts and unauthorized movements.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive security information.

✔ Security System Operations:

Conduct weekly security audits to ensure compliance with policies.
Track and document physical security issues and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with corporate teams to enhance security measures.

✔ Communication & Reporting:

Provide timely reports on security incidents and investigations.
Work in a fast-paced, call center-style SOC environment.
Support leadership with detailed security analysis & documentation.

Requirements

🔹 Minimum Requirements:
✔ 1+ years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or a related field.
✔ Strong understanding of video surveillance, access control, and security monitoring tools.
✔ Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 security environment.
✔ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Associate degree in business, criminal justice, or a related discipline.
✔ Hands-on experience with threat intelligence tools & access control systems.
✔ Bilingual candidates preferred.
