We are looking for a Senior Business Immigration Consultant (Experienced Paralegal) to join our Phoenix, AZ office. If you have 5+ years of experience in business immigration and are eager to work in a client-focused legal role, this is the perfect opportunity!

🚀 Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Immigration Consultant, you will:

✔️ Manage employment-based immigration cases, including NIV, IV, PERM, and job change analysis for clients.
✔️ Prepare and file immigration petitions with government agencies, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
✔️ Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in immigration law, providing guidance to team members and clients.
✔️ Actively engage with clients, troubleshooting case issues and providing strategic immigration solutions.
✔️ Monitor case statuses, manage documentation, and ensure all deadlines are met according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
✔️ Assist in training and onboarding new team members while contributing to process improvements.
✔️ Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and incorporate updates into legal strategies and case management.
✔️ Utilize case management systems and other legal tech tools to track, report, and analyze case progress.
✔️ Ensure compliance with regulatory and client standards, including data privacy protocols.

This role requires strong legal expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to case management.

🎯 Required Qualifications

📌 Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or Paralegal certification OR relevant client service experience.
📌 Minimum 5 years of business immigration experience in a paralegal or consulting role.
📌 Expert knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa procedures and regulatory processes.
📌 Proficiency in legal documentation, case preparation, and government filings.
📌 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to grammar and legal drafting.
📌 Experience using case management tools, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
📌 Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
📌 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
