🔍 Key Responsibilities

✔ Advanced Predictive Modeling & Risk Analysis

Develop statistical models to assess credit risk, residual risk, and portfolio behavior.
Create machine learning models to improve decision-making and automation.
Quantify and communicate credit and residual loss exposure using economic forecasting.

✔ Data Science & AI Integration

Develop and enhance forecasting models in compliance with regulatory standards.
Implement AI and machine learning solutions to solve complex financial challenges.
Build and maintain origination and collection scorecards to enhance risk control.

✔ Portfolio & Performance Monitoring

Provide portfolio tracking, analysis, and forecasting to support risk strategies.
Develop detailed reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Present insights on credit trends and risk assessments to senior executives.

✔ Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with finance, accounting, and treasury teams.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to team development.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Education & Experience:

Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years in credit risk, financial analytics, and statistical modeling.
Experience in consumer lending, indirect auto finance, or financial services preferred.

💾 Technical Expertise:

Proficient in Python, SAS, R, SQL, or similar statistical tools.
Strong background in machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics.
Experience in data visualization (Power BI) and financial modeling.
