We are hiring a Senior Legal Consultant to support business operations across Saudi Arabia. If you are a seasoned legal expert with 15+ years of experience in Saudi commercial, labor, and corporate law—and you’re looking to work remotely with top-tier executives—this role is for you.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• 🧠 Advise executive leadership on legal risk, compliance, and strategic initiatives

• 📄 Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements

• 🧾 Provide expert counsel on Saudi labor laws, tax codes, and regulatory agencies (MISA, GOSI, ZATCA)

• ⚖️ Oversee dispute resolution and manage litigation with external counsel

• 📚 Monitor legal changes and ensure company-wide policy alignment

• 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
