💪 Job Overview
We are hiring a Software Engineer – Test Engineering to contribute to the Clearing and Settlement (CAS) system, one of Visa’s largest revenue-generating platforms. This role involves collaborating with test engineering teams, building automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless code releases.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Build and enhance test automation frameworks for the Clearing and Settlement system
✔ Develop software to extend test automation tools
✔ Improve software quality and performance through test tools
✔ Maintain and configure test environments
✔ Work with development teams to debug and resolve code issues
📚 Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
🔹 2+ years of work experience
🔹 Proficiency in C/C++, Java, JavaScript, or Go
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Linux expertise
🔹 Ability to work independently and in a team
🔹 Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
🔹 Highly driven, resourceful, and results-oriented
🔹 Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
🔹 Ability to navigate through ambiguity effectively

🌐 Work Hours: Based on department needs
🎡 Travel Requirements: 5-10%
💼 Work Setting: Office environment (Hybrid)
📅 Compensation: $73,400 – $103,750 per year + potential bonus & equity
