🔧 Responsibilities:
✅ Install & assemble solar panels according to blueprints and electrical schematics.
✅ Measure, cut, and secure structural framing and solar modules on rooftops.
✅ Handle and maintain inventory of tools and materials for each installation.
✅ Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and complete required training.
✅ Perform quality checks to ensure top-tier installation standards.
✅ Keep worksites clean and organized to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with site managers.
🎓 Requirements:
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
✔ 1-3 years of experience working on roofs, solar experience preferred.
✔ Comfortable working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and attics.
✔ Strong understanding of construction blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
✔ Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
✔ Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges.
