✔ Develop & Implement a Research-Based Curriculum – Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

📌 Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).
✔ Alternatively, a Two-Year Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) with a commitment to complete a four-year teacher education program within four years.
✔ Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
✔ Deep understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
✔ Strong organizational & time management skills to ensure effective classroom management.
✔ Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
✔ CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
