  • Provide best-in-class service via multiple communication channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding banking products, transactions, and account issues.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to ensure customer satisfaction.

βœ”οΈ Digital Banking & Technical Assistance

  • Assist customers with online banking, mobile apps, bill pay, Zelle, and card management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved cases.
  • Ensure a seamless digital banking experience for customers.

  • Monitor social media inboxes to detect and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide timely responses via direct messages, comments, and posts.
  • Maintain a positive online presence and ensure compliance with brand policies.

  • Educate customers on bank products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant financial solutions.

πŸ”Ή Education: High School Diploma or GED
πŸ”Ή Experience:

  • 4+ years in a high-volume call center environment
  • Teller or branch banking experience preferred
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus
