Your Role as a Tax Preparer Assistant

📅 What You’ll Do: ✔️ Enter client and W-2 information into the tax software.
✔️ Assist in finalizing tax returns, securing required signatures, and ensuring compliance.
✔️ Provide superior service to all H&R Block clients.
✔️ Support clients in making confident, informed financial decisions.

What You Bring

🎓 Requirements:
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔️ Basic reading and math skills.
✔️ Strong verbal communication skills (in person & phone).
✔️ Experience using Windows-based computer programs.
✔️ Must meet additional state and local requirements.

➕ Preferred Qualifications:
✔️ Additional coursework in math, accounting, or finance.

Compensation

💲 Pay Range: $11 – $27 per hour (subject to local minimum wage laws).
💰 Eligible for incentive-based earnings and bonuses.
