✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and apply tax knowledge to individual (1040) and business (1120) returns.
• Organize and maintain tax files with supporting documentation.
• Understand tax authorities, legal precedents, rulings, and regulations.
• Identify and anticipate tax-related problems.
• Exhibit strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Follow firm practice management procedures and systems.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Utilize tax preparation computer systems efficiently.
• Provide research support for transaction reviews.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles.
• Ability to work extended hours during the busy season.
