As a Teller (Member Service Representative I), you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth financial transactions, and providing solutions tailored to members’ needs.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Providing Excellent Member Service

• Deliver face-to-face service to members with a warm and friendly approach.
• Process a high volume of transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Offer consultative services on credit union products & services.
• Identify members’ needs and refer them to the right financial solutions.

✔️ Safeguarding Member & Credit Union Assets

• Follow cash control guidelines to ensure security.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory policies and BSA regulations.
• Uphold the highest standards of accuracy & integrity in transactions.

✔️ Promoting Financial Solutions

• Educate members about digital banking, credit products, loans, and other financial services.
• Build long-term relationships with members by understanding their financial goals.
• Refer members to the right team members to ensure their needs are fully met.

✔️ Ensuring Compliance & Professional Growth

• Stay up to date on federal and state regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with all assigned training & security measures.

✔️ Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, or a related field.

✔️ Skills & Qualities

• Strong customer service & communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in handling transactions.
• Passion for helping members achieve financial success.
