Our client, a mission-driven organization just south of Boulder, CO, is seeking a Tours & Retreats Sales Manager to drive sales and expand their guided tours and wellness retreat programs. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about wellness and sales to join a dynamic and supportive team. Emphasize clear communication, setting achievable sales goals, actively coaching and mentoring the sales team, monitoring sales performance closely, fostering a positive sales culture, and building strong customer relationships to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Key aspects include: establishing sales plans, effective performance tracking, regular feedback, motivating the team, identifying potential issues, and adapting strategies as needed to optimize sales results and

• Regularly review sales performance data to identify areas for improvement. 
• Analyze key sales metrics like conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length. 
• Provide detailed sales reports to leadership highlighting key insights.

Your Role & Responsibilities

✔ Master all tour and retreat offerings to confidently engage potential clients
✔ Drive Sales by identifying and reaching a diverse customer base
✔ Manage Customer Service ensuring satisfaction and prompt issue resolution
✔ Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience
✔ Achieve Revenue Targets and meet other key performance objectives

Qualifications & Skills

✅ 3+ Years B2C Sales Experience – Proven success in consumer sales
✅ Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Engage effectively with clients
✅ Self-Motivated & Team-Oriented – Work independently and collaboratively
✅ Passion for Health & Wellness – An interest in wellness is essential
