📌 Role Overview

As a Turbine Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, disassembly, inspection, testing, and maintenance of LM6000, LM2500, and LMS100 gas turbines. Your role ensures the optimal performance and longevity of critical energy infrastructure.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

✅ Assemble, disassemble, inspect, and test gas turbine engines
✅ Diagnose and troubleshoot component failures
✅ Ensure compliance with material handling, safety, and quality procedures
✅ Use precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, torque wrenches, dial indicators)
✅ Follow service manuals and technical specifications
✅ Document all work completed in accordance with Quality Management System (QMS)
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work environment
✅ Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

✅ Minimum Qualifications:
🎓 High School Diploma or GED
🔧 2+ years of experience in gas turbine or aircraft engine services OR 1+ year as a Turbine Technician at Aero Alliance Jport facility
📢 Proficient in English (reading & communication)
💪 Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

✅ Preferred Experience:
🛠 Experience with LM2500, LM6000, LMS100 gas turbines
📖 Knowledge of borescope inspections & balancing theory
📑 Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair publications
💻 Basic computer skills
