🔍 Position Summary

The Department of Informatics at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) is hiring a University Lecturer to teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in Information Technology. The position includes instructional, curriculum development, and service responsibilities, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a diverse, research-driven academic environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Teach 4 courses per semester (Fall & Spring).
Deliver and develop courses in IT, Networking, Cloud Administration, and related areas.
Contribute to departmental and university-level service activities.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Expertise in one or more of the following:
- System administration
- Networking
- Security
- Penetration testing
- Cloud administration
Equivalent experience may substitute formal education at the university’s discretion.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

2–4 years of industry experience in relevant technical fields.
Prior university-level teaching experience.
