As a WIC Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to clients seeking Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program benefits. This position involves scheduling appointments, verifying documents, issuing vouchers, and providing essential WIC information.

πŸ“ Verify client information & eligibility using GA Gateway, Gimms, Grits, GWIS, and WEC.
πŸ“‹ Ensure accurate documentation for proof of residence, income, and identification.
πŸ“ž Answer phone calls & provide information on WIC services, hours, and eligibility.
πŸ’‘ Assist clients with rights & obligations forms and voter registration applications.
πŸ“Š Update client records in GA Gateway & INSIGHT software.
🎟️ Issue WIC vouchers & educate clients on how to use them at grocery vendors.
πŸ—‚οΈ Maintain records & organize medical files for clinic operations.
πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈ Refer clients to other health services when needed.
πŸ“‘ Order office supplies & maintain a clean, organized work area.


🎯 Qualifications & Skills

πŸ“Œ Required:

βœ”οΈ High School Diploma or GED.
βœ”οΈ 1+ year of experience in a customer service role.
βœ”οΈ Excellent communication & organizational skills.
βœ”οΈ Ability to handle confidential client information securely.
βœ”οΈ Proficiency in computer systems & data entry.
βœ”οΈ Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
